  36. 1.  Color of the cursor for half a second when user flags an ansi

  72.     an ansi with a % or a ! as the first character on one of the lines (used
  73.     to display files or run PPE's)
  74. 34. Name of sysop or co-sysop to leave a message to when a user is caught
  75.     trying to hack the bbs.
