  14. your own web site, or other web sites that are important to you,
  15. alert the user by displaying an error icon on the system tray and by playing a warning sound,
  16. send email to yourself if you are away from your desk, 
  17. send a page to yourself (requires a numeric or an alphanumeric pager,
  18. and internet gateway service by your pager company), 
  19. keep a log of successful and unsuccessful connections.
