  3. This is the friendly user interface for Pic programmers
  4. of type LPT and LudiPipo COM , for the 16C84 microchip.
  5. No need to have the Pic programmer to use the functions,
  6. but  blowing a nonexisting pic gives error of course.

  8. Device not found, and  Syntax=Blah,blah...
