  5. Welcome to HardCopy, the professional, easy to use screen capture 
  6. utility for Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 or higher. It can capture 
  7. rectangular screen areas and whole windows. The captured images can 
  8. be cropped very easily and the color depth can be changed to any 
  9. desired value from monochrome to true color. Images can be saved, 
  10. copied to the clipboard, edited with any image editing program or 
  11. printed. Many options allow the customization of all these actions 
  12. to individual user needs.

  14. All information about how to use this program can be found in the 
  15. online manual, which is accessible by pressing the F1 key, or 
  16. selecting it from the HardCopy program group.

  19. HardCopy System requirements:
  20. *) 486 CPU or higher
  21. *) 8 MB of RAM
  22. *) Windows 95 / Windows NT 4.0 or higher
  23. *) Mouse or compatible pointing device
  24. *) 1 MB of free harddisk space
  25.  
  26. ATTENTION: HardCopy does not support the 16 and 32 Bit color modes, 
  27. because these modes are not supported by most graphic programs and 
  28. printer drivers. If you capture images from a 16 or 32 Bit screen, 
  29. they are converted to 24 Bit automatically to be compatible to other 
  30. programs.
