  33. These files are ANSI color charts for decimal and hexadecimal numbers,
  34. there are especially useful with WWIV v4.24 since the decimal color chart
  35. is the one you need to select the colors in WWIV.INI, and the hexadecimal is
  36. very useful when doing modifications when you see that the colors are in
  37. hexadecimal.
