  11. The ability to understand current drug-related street terms is an
  12. invaluable tool for law enforcement, public health, and other 
  13. criminaljustice professionals who work with the public.  This 
  14. document contains over 1,500 street terms that refer to specific 
  15. drug types or drug activity.

  18. Examples include ■
  19.  
  20.   "Woolah," which is a hollowed cigar filled with marijuana and crack
  21.  
  22.   "Kibbles & Bits," which is a term used to describe small crumbs of
  23.     crack
  24.  
  25.   "Rave," which describes a party designed to enhance a 
  26.     hallucinogenic experience through lights and music
  27.  
  28.   "Skeegers," which can be used interchangeably with the term
  29.    "skeezers" and means a crack-smoking prostitute
  30.  
  31.   "Wild cat," which is a term for methcathinone mixed with cocaine
  32.  
  33. All terms are cross-referenced where possible.  A single term or similar
  34. terms may refer to various drugs or have different meanings, reflecting
  35. geographic and demo-graphic variations in slang.  All known meanings
  36. and spellings are included.  No attempt was made to determine which
  37. usage is most frequent or widespread.  Different definitions for a single
  38. term are separated by semi-colons (;).  The use of commas (,) and the
  39. con-nective "and" indicates that the term refers to the use of the
  40. specified drugs in combination.
