  3. This is an attempt to get most scriptors to use an
  4. addhelp proc, provided by this script, to give users
  5. help on certain commands, instead of everyone coming
  6. up with different way of helping users with their
  7. commands...Scripts can call the addhelp proc, and when
  8. users type '!help' in the channel, the script shows
  9. the user, all commands that are available to that user.
  10. Please help me in my efforts to get this standardized =)
