  5. If you are the author of a shareware or commercial application and wish
  6. to distribute a LICENSED copy of the Universal VESA VBE with your package,
  7. you must purchase a Software License Agreement from SciTech Software. The
  8. following conditions must also be met:

  10. a) If any reference to the program is made in your user documentation,
  11.    reference to the fact that the program is Copyright (C) 1993-1994 SciTech
  12.    Software MUST be made.
  13.  
  14. b) The files LICENSE.DOC, COPYRIGHT and this file MUST be distributed along
  15.    with the program in electronic form.
  16.  
  17. c) You may not distribute modified versions of the program, but only
  18.    official licensed versions provided by SciTech software.

  33. Please also note that distribution of the Shareware Version of UniVBE may
  34. only be through the normal shareware distribution channels as a single
  35. package. You MAY NOT bundle shareware copies of UniVBE with your products.
  36. If your product is Shareware or Freeware, you can contact SciTech Software
  37. and obtain a free Shareware Distribution License to bundle shareware copies
  38. of UniVBE along with Shareware or Freeware copies of your products, but you
  39. MUST first obtain permission to do so.
