  22. Your signature upon this application constitutes acceptance of the following

  25. 1. OurPlace BBS and any and all persons or entities connected with its
  26.    ownership/operation will be held harmless from any and all damages 
  27.    resulting from your use of the system and/or any data or programs 
  28.    transmitted there from.  This includes, but is not limited to, damage 
  29.    to magnetic media or to other programs or data files.  No guarantee of 
  30.    privacy is expressed or implied with respect to your use of this system. 
  31.    Messages, including "private" messages, may be intercepted by persons 
  32.    other than your intended recipient.

  34. 2. You agree not use OurPlace BBS for any unlawful purposes, and will not
  35.    post nor cause to be posted any information which could be used for 
  36.    unlawful purposes. It is the responsibility of every user to notify the 
  37.    SysOp immediately upon discovery of any such material. Your assistance 
  38.    is appreciated in this matter.

  40. 3. You agree not to CRASH our system for any reason whatsoever.  This includes
  41.    any 'playful' misbehavior you may have on the spur of the moment.
  42.    SO ... it is be assumed that you know the difference between harmful
  43.    misconduct and any normal use of a Bulletin Board System.

  45. 4. Membership is permanent for the term of your membership under the
  46.    following conditions:
  47.  a.) You must log in at least once every 3 months or your membership will be
  48.      deleted.  Should this happen, you must apply for another membership to
  49.      regain access to the system.
  50.  b.) OurPlace BBS retains the right to cease operation without notice.
  51.      No specific term of membership is expressed or implied. OurPlace BBS
  52.      will not be responsible for any programs, messages, or other files 
  53.      transmitted to or from either system.

  56.     that you are of legal age. You MUST send a copy of a photo ID that
  57.     states your date of birth.
