  10.     SoundChanger randomly changes your Starting and Ending 
  11.     Windows sounds every time you run Windows.

  13. USAGE
  14. -----

  16.     Put a program item in your StartUp group running:
  17.  
  18.       <path where you put SndChng)\SNDCHNG  
  19.  
  20.     The program will ask you for the appropriate directories.
  21.  
  22.     If you wish to change your choices later, either run 
  23.     'SNDCHNG /s' or edit the [SoundFlipper] section of WIN.INI
  24.  
  25.     Requires the free Visual Basic Runtime VBRUN300.DLL, which is 
  26.     probably available from wherever you got SoundChanger.

  46.   ...just delete SNDCHNG.EXE, SNDCHNG.TXT, and the [SoundFlipper]
  47.   section of WIN.INI.  And get rid of the SNDCHNG.EXE 
  48.   item in your StartUp group.
