  4. This small Windows program translates text on the Windows clip-
  5. board to or from International Morse Code.  It will also play
  6. Morse code out loud from the clipboard, if you so desire, and
  7. if your PC is capable of handling sound (PC speaker driver or
  8. sound card).

  10. This program is free.

  12. INSTALLATION
  13.  
  14. Just unzip the MORSE.ZIP file.  This compressed file contains
  15. the following files:

  17.   MORSE.EXE         - the Morse Clipboard program
  18.   README.TXT        - the file you are reading now
  19.   MORSE.WAV         - a sound file for Morse-code playback
  20.   MORSE.HLP         - the online help for the program
  21.  
  22. Most of the documentation is contained in the online help.
  23. Start the program and press F1 for complete online help.
