  5. To use FontSee, simply uncompress this archive (which you've already done,
  6. otherwise you wouldn't be reading this) and run the file titled FONTSEE.EXE.
  7. Be sure the file FONTSEE.HLP is in the same directory at FONTSEE.EXE.

  9. FontSee is an old favorite among font viewers for many reasons. Most font
  10. viewing utilites are written in Visual Basic which means they're slow, larger
  11. in size, and require a big 300K DLL file to work. FontSee is written
  12. entirely in C so it's small and fast.
  13.  
  14. FontSee also offers many features that other font viewers do not including:
  15.  
  16. 1) The ability to print handy reference cards which show all of the
  17.    characters in a font along with their corresponding ASCII values.
  18. 2) The virtual keyboard!
  19.  
  20. This version of FontSee, which is long overdue, fixes many little bugs and
  21. offers several new features including:
  22.  
  23. 1) Display and print out Rotated fonts.
  24. 2) Sort by font families.
  25. 3) Enable or disable entire font families.
  26. 4) Complete on-line help.
  27.  
  28. Please note that FontSee is shareware. This shareware version differs from
  29. the full version in that it reminds you of its shareware status every time
  30. it is used. If you use FontSee please register with us for the $20.00
  31. registration fee. How to register is explained in the program. I hope you
