  41.       from the Shareware Installation Disk.  Loader programs and documentation
  42.       files may be added, and the product may be bundled with catalogs or
  43.       other Shareware titles.

  46.       The recipients must be informed that the program requires further 
  47.       payment to the author for use beyond the 30 day evaluation period;
