  8. Installation:  To install Tangram, copy TANGRAM.EXE and TANGRAM.HLP to
  9.                the desired directory. Run TANGRAM.EXE from the
  10.                Program or File Manager.

  12. How to Play:   The instructions for play and rules of the game are in the
  13.                on-line help within TANGRAM.
  14.  
  15. Registration:  Tangram is shareware.  You may download, upload, and
  16.                copy this shareware version AS IS (with files TANGRAM.EXE,
  17.                TANGRAM.HLP, and README.TXT) for evaluation.  It may
  18.                not be sold.

  43.      The TANGRAM product is NOT "Public Domain" and is NOT "Freeware" and
  44.      is NOT "Crippleware".  TANGRAMD is a copyrighted, fully functioning
  45.      shareware product developed and owned by Sylvain Hogue. located
  46.      in Laval, Quebec CANADA.  If the user finds the package to be
  47.      useful then the user must register the package.  The registration fee,
  48.      as stated on the registration form, is $10.00 (US) per user.

  50.      This product is licensed "as is" without any warranty of merchant-
  51.      ability or fitness for a particular purpose, performance, or
  52.      otherwise; all warranties are expressly disclaimed.  By using the
  53.      TANGRAM product, you agree that neither Sylvain Hogue, nor any
