  20.      Thank you for trying Matchin' Mania!.  We hope you will enjoy
  21. playing as much as your kids do.  It seems to be appropriate for 
  22. children as young as about 3.  We have also noticed that many adults
  23. find it enjoyable.

  27. Description:

  29.      Matchin' Mania! is a multimedia game.  It incorporates sound 
  30. and animation to make the game more fun.  It is modeled after a card 
  31. game that you may have played as a child where you placed all of the
  32. cards of the deck face down.  Then each player took turns turning 
  33. two of the cards over hoping that they matched.
  34.      Matchin' Mania! works the same way except that each card face is
  35. animated and speaks the name of the card. 
  36.      There can be from one to four players and there is an easy mode
  37. for younger children (and adults with poor memories!).

  51.      Matchin' Mania! is shareware.  This means that you are encouraged
  52. to try this software before you buy it.  If you think that it is worth
  53. $12.00, please send it to us.  If you don't think it is worth that 
  54. much please give the copy to a friend.  (Of course, you are always 
  55. welcome to send more!).  If you want us to send you a disk with the 
  56. current version of the software, send $17.00.  We will send a password
  57. that removes the [UNREGISTERED] from the title bar in either case.
  58.      Shareware is a great concept in marketing.  It allows us to keep
  59. costs way down because we don't have as much in distribution, packaging,
  60. advertising, etc.  It also allows you to be the judge of the worth of
  61. the program.

  63. But of course, shareware does not work if you don't register!

  111. This is copyrighted software.   Purchase does not give you title to the 
  112. software or any copyright rights.  You may not sublicense, rent, lease, 
  113. convey, modify, translate, convert to another programming language, 
  114. decompile, or disassemble the software for any purpose.
  115.    You may make as many copies of this software as you need for 
  116. backup purposes.  You may use this software on more than one 
  117. computer, provided there is no chance it will be used simultaneously 
  118. on more than one computer.
