  13. INSTALLING YOUR EVALUATION VERSION
  14. ----------------------------------

  16.         To install the evaluation version of Here They Come!, simply copy
  17. the following files to a directory on your hard disk:
  18.  
  19.         HERECOME.EXE    - The game itself
  20.         HERECOME.HLP    - The help file, in Windows helpfile format
  21.  
  22. For example:
  23.  
  24.         copy herecome.exe c:\windows\games
  25.         copy herecome.hlp c:\windows\games
  26.  
  27. (The game and help file should be located in the same directory)

  29.         Once you have completed this first step, create a Program Manager
  30. item for HERECOME.EXE (see your Windows documentation).  Installation is
  31. then complete.

  34. USING SOUNDS
  35. ------------
  36.  
  37.         Here They Come! will automatically detect whether your Windows
  38. installation is capable of playing waveform audio.  To do this you need
  39. to have a sound card installed in your machine and a suitable sound driver
  40. installed for Windows.
  41.         It is not recommended that you use a PC Speaker driver with Here
  42. They Come!  Although it would work, the sound quality is poor.

  45. HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
  46. ---------------------

  48.         Here They Come! requires the following:

  50.         - 386 or higher computer running Microsoft Windows 3.1
  51.           (386sx/25 or higher is recommended for optimal game play)
  52.         - VGA or higher graphics
  53.  
  54.         For sounds, the following is required:

  56.         - Sound card with suitable driver for Windows 3.1

  62.         Registration is $8 per user.  Complete, documented C source code
