  1. WinBri Beta Test Version Licence and Conditions of Use

  3. The WinBri Beta Test software (hence forth called "the software") comprises the following files:

  5.     winbri.exe
  6.     winbri.hlp
  7.     betareg.txt
  8.     betabug.txt
  9.     licence.txt
  10.     bwcc.dll.
  11.  
  12. The software requires the file bwcc.dll ((C) Copyright Borland International Inc) to operate.  All other files are (C) Copyright Gerald Wilson 1994.
  13.  
  14. The software is not to be distibuted, except by downloading from CompuServe, without the written permission of the author.
  15.  
  16. The software shall not be altered in any way.
  17.  
  18. The software may be used until 31 August 1994.  After this time registered beta testers will receive a full upgrade to the registered program.
  19.  
  20. Any user of the software shall complete a copy of betabug.txt and send it to the author, Gerald Wilson [100046,670] via CompuServe E_Mail.
  21.  
  22. Any problems encountered when using the software should be reported to the author using a completed copy of betabug.txt.
  23.  
  24. No warranty is offered with the software.
  25.  
  26. The author shall have no liabilty for any consequence resulting from the use of the software.
