  7. This license gives the user the right to install and use one copy of 
  8. WinDatCon.  If the user of a registered copy of WinDatCon is 
  9. the PRIMARY USER of more than one machine (for example, one at work, 
  10. one at home, and a laptop), a single license will cover all machines 
  11. that are USED PRIMARILY by the registered user.

  13. Users of WinDatCon must accept this disclaimer of warranty:  "WinDatCon 
  14. is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or 
  15. implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of 
  16. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.  The author assumes no 
  17. liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from 
  18. the use of WinDatCon."

  20. Service will be guaranteed for a period of at least 90 days of the 
  21. date of registration.  Support will be provided by U.S. Mail, or by 
  22. electronic mail in CompuServe (71302,3436).
