  51.       should be unZipped to a hard disk or diskette. Installation is
  52.       then performed by executing File, Run, Setup under control of
  53.       Microsoft Windows or the Win-OS/2 portion of OS/2.

  71.          Super!Market - Do your shopping smartly and efficiently. Choose
  72.          items by pointing and clicking. Group items in the way that suits
  73.          you best. Create and print a shopping list that is sorted in the
  74.          aisle sequence in which you shop. Total cost is computed as the list
  75.          is created. Compare the costs at two different markets. (Currency

  83.       Super!Market is a Windows-based home productivity product. It is
  84.       used to create a shopping list that includes prices and aisle
  85.       numbers. The list can be printed in aisle sequence with or 
  86.       without pricing information.

  88.       A shopping list is created from a database of items. An item has a 
  89.       description, an aisle number, and an optional price. To aid item
  90.       selection, items can be grouped together. A complete sample database is
  91.       provided, but is easily customized by the user.

  93.       The Super!Market screen is designed with several windows that make
  94.       operations quick and accurate. Status windows keep the user informed.
  95.       All windows can be custom designed by the user.

  97.       International customization is allowed for currency type, decimal style, 
  98.       and date presentation.

  100.       Super!Market requires either Windows 3.1 or OS/2 2.1.
  101.       A mouse is optional, but recommended. Any printer supported
  102.       by the operating environment is supported. A FAX card supported
  103.       as a printer can be used.

  145.       These requirements pertain to vendors and distributors. Individuals 
  146.       who wish to distribute the Super!Market package to
  147.       friends or associates may do so in accordance with the
  148.       restrictions outlined in the Shareware command of the executing
  149.       Super!Market system.

  151.       Limited Distribution License:
  152.       -----------------------------

  154.       As the exclusive copyright holder for Super!Market, Trulli Tops
  155.       Software authorizes distribution only in accordance with
  156.       the following restrictions.  Please refer to the
  157.       additional information listed below which is specific to
  158.       ASP and non-ASP Disk Vendors, Computer Clubs, and
  159.       Disk-of-the-Month style distribution.

  161.       The Super!Market package is defined as containing all the material
  162.       listed below:

  179.       If any files are missing, then the package is note complete
  180.       and distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  181.       complete package suitable for distribution.

  183.       The Super!Market package - including all related program files and
  184.       documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and
  185.       must be distributed as a complete package, without
  186.       exception.

  188.       No price or other compensation may be charged for the Super!Market
  189.       package.  A distribution cost may be charged for the cost
  190.       of the diskette, shipping and handling, as long as the
  191.       total does not exceed US $8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, 
  192.       or US $12.00 internationally.

  194.       The Super!Market package CANNOT be sold as part of some other
  195.       inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any
  196.       commercial software packaging offer, without a written
  197.       agreement from Trulli Tops Software.  For information
  198.       on combining Super!Market with related programs to form a
  199.       "disk-set", please refer to the information below for ASP
  200.       or non-ASP Disk Vendors.

  202.       The PRINTED help files may not be reproduced in whole or
  203.       in part, using any means, without the written permission
  204.       of Trulli Tops Software, Inc.  In other words, the
  205.       disk-based documentation may not be distributed in
  206.       PRINTED (hardcopy) form.

  208.       The Super!Market package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to others.
  209.  
  210.       The person receiving a copy of the Super!Market package MUST be
  211.       made aware that each disk or copy is ONLY for evaluation,
  212.       and that Trulli Tops Software has not received any
  213.       royalties or payment for the product.  This requirement
  214.       can be met by including the complete Super!Market package, which
  215.       contains any appropriate registration reminders.

  217.       The person receiving a copy of the Super!Market package MUST be
  218.       made aware that he or she does not become a registered
  219.       user until Trulli Tops Software has received payment
  220.       for registration of the software.  This requirement can
  221.       be met by including the complete Super!Market package, which
  222.       contains any appropriate registration reminders.

  224.       Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  225.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  226.       transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  227.       agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  228.       immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  230.       U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  231.       disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer software
  232.       and documentation in this package shall be subject to the
  233.       restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  234.       software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the
  235.       Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  236.       252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer

  251.       Vendors who are ASP Associate Members in good standing
  252.       are hereby given permission to distribute the Super!Market package
  253.       in accordance with the Distribution Restrictions listed
  254.       above.  ASP Associate Members (often called "ASP Approved
  255.       Vendors") in good standing do not need to request
  256.       permission to distribute this package.

  258.       This permission is in effect until or unless we notify you
  259.       otherwise, in writing.

  261.       ASP Vendor Members - Disk Sets:

  264.       ASP Vendor Members who wish to distribute the Super!Market package
  265.       as part of a collection may do so provided that all the
  266.       other restrictions listed above are met.  Please check
  267.       the release date of the version you have.  If the version
  268.       is over six (6) months old then please contact us to
  269.       ensure that you have the most current version.

  271.       Other (Non-ASP) Disk Vendor Information:

  274.       Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors who are not ASP
  275.       Associate Members, but who wish to distribute the Super!Market
  276.       package must comply with the following restrictions.

  278.       In order for us to ensure that only current versions are
  279.       distributed, we require that you request permission from
  280.       us (Trulli Tops Software) to distribute any of our
  281.       products.

  283.       You may not list any of our products in advertisements,
  284.       catalogs, or other literature which describes our
  285.       products as "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is
  286.       "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is NOT free.

  288.       When making your request please ensure that we have your
  289.       correct address and phone number, as well as the name of
  290.       the person we may contact if necessary.

  292.       Other (Non-ASP) Vendors - Disk Sets:
