  3.   History:   First encounter with Federation came as a result of the
  4.              mischief of the entity known as "Q".  The Borg proceeded to
  5.              attack the Enterprise and nearly destroyed her until "Q" was
  6.              willing to rescue them.  Encounters are not advised unless
  7.              provoked.

  9.   Weaponry:  Weapons capability is far beyond that which we know.  Their
  10.              weapons are known to both siphon and reduce shield energy.
  11.              They regenerate their ship at remarkable a pace and can
  12.              function fully with even 86% of their vessel destroyed.

  14.   Advice:    In short, stay away.  Their weaponry is destructive and
  15.              their ruthlessness only adds to their danger.

  17.   Starfleet: Starfleet has been awaiting the infiltration of Federation
  18.              space by the Borg for some time now, and weapons have been
  19.              developed.  The weapons are dissassembled and the parts are
  20.              scattered on the planets in the system.
