  2.                         Planet Vagra III

  4.    The planet Vagra III was originally settled as a Starfleet science
  5.    complex.  Up until the recent Borg invasion Vagra III housed many
  6.    important scientific projects.  Lately, the personnel of the
  7.    colony have perfected the third part to a Borg contingency plan.
  8.    Somewhere on the colony exists this module.
  9.  
  10.    The people inhabiting Vagra III are primarily Starfleet medical
  11.    and research staff.  As a result, the planet is extremely vulnerable
  12.    to outside invasion.  Although their defenses are more than adequate
  13.    against less powerful enemies, the Borg pose an unforseeable
  14.    threat for which the planet was unprepared.
