  9. This tile set was obviously inspired by Nels Anderson's two sets
  10. of international flag tiles.  My apologies to anyone whose favorite
  11. state was left out.  There was only room for so many.  The ones
  12. left out were chosen because they were too hard to copy or they
  13. were similar in appearance and color to several others that were
  14. already included.  No slight was intended to any of the omitted
  15. states or their flags.

  17. My thanks to Nels Anderson for the creation of Mahjongg 3.3!  My
  18. wife, my daughter, several neighbor kids, several co-workers, and
  19. I are now addicted.  I also thank Nels for Tilemaker, which allows
  20. even non-artists like me to feel creative.

  23. This tile set is hereby donated into the Public Domain.  If (for
  24. some incomprehensible reason) you want to reward me for its
  25. creation, send the money to Nels Anderson to register your Mahjongg
  26. program.  If you're already registered and still feel the need to
  27. send money, send it to Nels anyway since the game is worth more
  28. than he is asking for it.
