  12.         This is my second attempt at creating Tile-sets for the Mah-Jongg
  13.     3.3 game by Nels Anderson. My first was Electron.Til, Which was Tiles
  14.     Made-up of electronic symbols,componets etc. 
  15.  
  16.         This Tile-set will focus on street signs you see all over U.S.A.
  17.     Plus traffic lights, Walk, Don`t Walk lights ETC.
  18.  
  19.         Description:
  20.                     The Tile-sets numbered 1-34 are your standard tile set
  21.     where there are four of each tile on the board and the tiles must be
  22.     matched exactly to be removed.
  23.         The other eight are the "wild Card" suits, four in Suit #1, and
  24.     four in suit #2. The theme for suit #1 is TRAFFIC LIGHTS, Where the
  25.     traffic lights are the same except they have different lights on,
  26.     (red, green, yellow and all ). Any one of the four will match the other
  27.     in this suit.
  28.         The theme for suit #2 is very simple, They are "Walk-Don`t Walk" 
  29.     lights, they are all the same, and will match each other.
