  3. Just as radar helped defend Britain
  4. early in the war, the Germans had
  5. developed their own system. The line
  6. of radar stations was known as the
  7. Kammuber Line named for General
  8. Kammuber the man in charge. This radar
  9. network warned the Germans of 
  10. incomming raids and allowed fighters
  11. to wait on the ground to avoid 
  12. wasting precious aviation fuel.
  13.  
  14. This mission simulates what it might 
  15. have been like had the Go229 gotten
  16. to the front lines as projected early
  17. on in its design.

  19.                Mission Orders
  20.  
  21. Scramble into the air. Locate and
  22. destroy the bombers that are enroute
  23. to a nearby target. Be on your guard
  24. indications show that this group is
  25. being escorted by enemy fighters.
