  18. It may be freely used by any CP/M or Z-System user.  VLIB 1.1 is
  19. NOT released to the public domain.  VLIB 1.1 is Copyright 1986 by
  20. Richard Conn.  Bug reports and suggestions for changes should be sent
  21. to Echelon, Inc, at the address below.

  23. The HLP file (item 1 above) completely documents VLIB 1.1.  A hardcopy
  24. of the documentation in this HLP file and much more is available in the
  25. book "ZCPR3: The Libraries" (available from Echelon, Inc, in February 1986).
  26. This book includes all of the documentation in this HLP file as well
  27. as documentation on SYSLIB and Z3LIB.  A user's guide, annotated examples
  28. of use, and a comprehensive index are also included in this book.
  29. "ZCPR3: The Libraries" is prepared in a loose-leaf format and will be
  30. updated periodically as the SYSLIB, VLIB, and VLIB libraries change.

  32. Only VLIB.REL is required to be available to the user in order to use
  33. VLIB.  It is recommended that VLIB.HLP also be made available to
  34. provide a convenient reference.
