  1. EXTRACTION OF FILES ON THIS DISK:
  2.  
  3.         All the files within each LBR file have been crunched
  4.         using the very efficient CRLZH.COM program.
  5.         Use LT.COM to extract these crunched files in each LBR
  6.         file. Type in, for example, :-
  7.  
  8.         A>LT TPASMAN B:*.*
  9.  
  10.         NOTE:  The drive designation MUST be give (even if A:)
  11.                and the *.* added to extract all files. User
  12.                areas can also be used.    
  13.  
  14. FILES ON THIS DISK:
  15.  
  16. TPASMAN.LBR    A 'manual' for TURBO PASCAL v 3. Why?  Didn't BORLAND
  17.         write one?
  18.  
  19.         Yes, they did. But I acquired a copy of TURBO PASCAL, 
  20.         played with it, liked it and then tried to buy it. But
  21.         BORLAND'S distributors said it was no longer available
  22.         in Australia, or even the US. While I was looking for a
  23.         legal copy, I used the illegal one and searched library
  24.         library books for information. This manual was my notes 
  25.         and reference guide.
  26.  
  27.         I now have a legal copy of TURBO PASCAL and a manual, 
  28.         courtesy of someone who switched to IBM.
  29.  
  30.         The 'manual' may be of some use to people still trying
  31.         to get a proper one. It has omissions, and undoubtedly
  32.         has errors.
  33.  
  34.         I might add that I do not condone piracy, but find it hard
  35.         to feel guilty about using software that the owners have
  36.         lost all interest in, especially when I asked the
  37.         distributors to SELL me a copy without a manual, on ANY
  38.         disk format they felt like.

  40.         Uncompresses to 6 files of 178k total length.

  42. TPSORS12.LBR    TURBO PASCAL programs. I BELIEVE they are in the Public
  43.         Domain. Some seem to need adaptation to run on CP/M.
  44.  
  45.         Uncompresses to 74 files of 204k total length.

  48. TPTUT4.LBR    TURBO PASCAL Tutors. Also has some IBM specific examples.
  49.  
  50.         Uncompresses to 16 files (216k) and 4 files (98k).
