  5. This file was pulled out of a huge library from an IBM board
  6. IBBS (Gene Plantz) in Chicago.  The file is quite well done;
  7. however, in reviewing for posting on our system, it was found
  8. that there are hooks in the program which look for files on
  9. the A: drive.  
  10.  
  11. I personally do not like that type of instruction, as I operate
  12. in a hard disk envoironment.  There is a default selection in
  13. the program, however, I had difficulties using this option.

  15. It might be easier to run the program with dBASEII and all
  16. library files from the A: drive with dBASE on the A: drive also.
  17. Once you have the program set up, you can explore the options.

  19. This file is quite well done, however, seeing as it was bunched
  20. in with many files, I have not been able to test the program
  21. in all aspects.  I spent an hour with MAILMEN, and feel that
  22. it warrants a place on our dBASE section of our bulletin board.

  24. This is a "Freeware" program which requests a donation.  The
  25. author lists the terms in the .doc file, and you might consider
  26. purchasing these options if you choose to use this program
  27. regularly.  It is not often that you can have access to the
  28. author and updates at the prices quoted.

  30. If you are familiar with dBASE, you will find this program
  31. to be quite easy to modify as it adheres well to good program-
  32. ming principles.
