  1.      ZMP is a communications/file transfer program for CP/M which 
  2. performs  Xmodem,  Xmodem-1k  (often erroneously called  Ymodem), 
  3. true Ymodem and Zmodem file transfer protocols.

  5.      This   library  contains  an  un-installed  ZMP.COM  (called 
  6. ZMPX.COM)  and the four .OVR files.  There is also a file  called 
  7. ZMP-OVL.UPD  which describes the changes which need to be made to 
  8. the user-written overlay. YOU need to read this one!!

  10.      Version  1.4  of ZMP adds file print ability and  modem/UART 
  11. initialisation  from  the  terminal  function,  automatic  Zmodem 
  12. receive,  line and character delays in ASCII file send,  and  the 
  13. ability to specify in which drive/user the .OVR files,  .FON file 
  14. and .CFG files reside.  In addition, Xon-Xoff flow control is now 
  15. supported in Zmodem transfers,  and Zmodem error recovery is much 
  16. faster.

  18.      As  always,  ensure that you erase your .CFG file and make a 
  19. new one with the config option.  There have again been changes to 
  20. the format of this file.
