  5. Touch updates the modified date field in the !!!TIME&.DAT file for the
  6. filename given by the user.  It does NOT take wildcards.  If you want to
  7. set the modified dates (or any of the other date fields) for several files,
  8. you should use the 'D' option in DATSWEEP instead.
