  5. Not much is known about this program.  I got it as is with NO
  6. DOC file.  It will dial numbers searching for a carrier.  You
  7. tell it what number to start with and can change the amount of
  8. delay time between attempts.  It will show you what number you
  9. started with and when finished (if ever) will report all #'s
  10. detected with carriers.
