  25.    a. TCCHECK is intended to run in  a non-installed environment (such as when
  26.       the user first receives ZCPR3),  so  the  Z3TCAP.TCP file  being checked
  27.       must be in the current directory.

  30. Examples of Use:

  32.    a. TCCHECK is used to check the Z3TCAP file for consistency.  Its sole
  33.       function is to ensure the validity of the Z3TCAP file and provide 
  34.       statistics on it.  The following is a sample run:
