  11.    NOTE is  used to  express comments.  A line beginning with a semicolon is a
  12. comment, and a command  whose verb  is NOTE (there may be many commands on one
  13. line, separated  by  semicolons) is  a  comment.  NOTE is  available as  a CP-
  14. resident  command,  an  RCP-resident  command,  and  as  a  transient.  It  is 
  15. recommended that  it be implemented as  a CP-resident command due to  its very
  16. low cost and high utility in command files and aliases.
