  10.    DSCRESAV is a DateStamper  utility  which allows one  to  save the 'create'
  11. date of a file during an editing session.   DSCRESAV  is best called  from  an
  12. alias where  it is  invoked  both before and after an existing file is edited.
  13. It may also be used in conjunction  with other programs  which modify existing
  14. files, and in the process, create a new copy.
