  1. This file conatins my reworking of Dreas Nielsen's routines for
  2. manipulating shell variables.  Most of the routines have been shortened,
  3. but they remain functionally identical to the originals.  I have also
  4. included an SLR format REL file, (Z3VARLBS.REL), for those who prefer
  5. this format.
