  2.    This a corrected copy of the Help files posted in Sept 92, in case any
  3. of you downloaded it.  It corrects problems in the VLIB section.  Also,
  4. this version contains Joe Wrights extended TermCap for the Wyse-60 which
  5. defines the VLIB4D standard for extended TCAPs.  The example in the help
  6. file is of a Heath-19.
