  1. Concatenates two or more source files into a destination file, 
  2. similar to PIP, but accepts both named directory (DIR) and 
  3. drive/user (DU) specifications, which allows elaborate 
  4. concatenations with input files pulled from various drives and 
  5. user areas.  And CONCAT is fast.  For ZCPR3 only.  Version 0.7 
  6. adds A (append) option.
