  5.        Managing Your Food (MYF) is a complete food manager designed for
  6.        food manufacturers, restaurant managers, dietitians, diabetics, and
  7.        the home shopper. Its use is easy enough for the novice, yet
  8.        comprehensive enough for a professional dietitian. The program will
  9.        track cost, protein, carbohydrates, fat, calories, cholesterol,
  10.        fatty acids, fiber, vitamins, minerals, food exchanges, and percent
  11.        RDA. It can output a shopping list arranged by store and aisle and
  12.        deduct the quantity from the inventory. The cost and nutritional
  13.        information, by serving, is automatically figured for each recipe,
  14.        meal, or plan as it's added or updated. Although MYF comes with
  15.        recipes and ingredients, which are yours to use, it is easily
  16.        extended and designed to manage your food using your recipes.
  17.        Additional ingredients, recipes, meals, or plans may be added, and
  18.        any existing information may be easily modified. It comes with
  19.        complete documentation, on line help, pull down menus, and tutorial.

  21.        MYF is distributed as shareware in archive format to allow it to
  22.        fit on one 360K disk. To extract the files, simply type in the
  23.        archive name from the directory you want to install the files in.
  24.        Extracting the archive is just like running any program. The program
  25.        and data files are in separate archives to allow for floppy only
  26.        systems and easy updates (MYF3DATA does not change much).

  36.               REGISTER.DOC - Lists benefits of registering and includes form.
  37.               SHARWARE.DOC - Defines the shareware concept.
  38.               VENDOR.DOC - Distribution information for shareware vendors.

  40.           MYF3DATA.EXE is a self-extracting archive containing the data files:
  41.               MYF.TBL - % RDA, and multiplying values for measurements.
  42.               *.DAT  - data files for the plans, meals, recipes, ingredients.
  43.               *.KEY  - key (index) files for the data files.
