Installation and Start-Up
FITZ is distributed as four (4) files. The files are
named either (Run1, Run2, Run3, and Run4) or (Bike1,
Bike2, Bike3, and Bike4) or (Walk1, Walk2, Walk3, and
Walk4) or (Fit1, Fit2, Fit3, and Fit4) or (FITZ1,
FITZ2, FITZ3, and FITZ4). It is the same program
regardless of the name. If you downloaded FITZ from a
BBS then you have already UNZIPPED this file and the
following ZIP information may be redundant to you. The
four files are in ZIP format. They must be UNZIPPED
using the shareware program PKUNZIP. This program is
available from most Bulletin Boards (BBS) including
CompuServe and PC MagNet.
Unzip the four files to a directory on your hard disk
or if you are going to run from a dual floppy system
then unzip each file to a separate floppy. Label the
unziped floppies as noted below. (The unziped fourth
disk will be the FITZ Utility Disk)
