I%8, oz, shrimp, cooked and deveined
I%3 1/2, oz, lemon gelatin, (1 pkg.)
I%1/2, cup, water, boiling
I%1/2, cup, water, iced
I%10 3/4, oz, tomato soup, 1 10 3/4-oz can
I%1, cup, celery, finely chopped
I%1/4, cup, green pepper, finely chopped
I%1, T., onion, chopped
I%3, med., eggs, hard-boiled

R% Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add iced water and
R%tomato soup.

R% Stir in celery, green pepper, and onion.

R% Pour half into lightly oiled ring mold or small individual
R%molds. Chill until slightly thickened.

R% Cut eggs in half. Press eggs, cut side down, and shrimp, into
R%gelatin mold.

R% Pour balance of gelatin mixture over the shrimp and eggs; chill
R%until set.

R% To serve, unmold on crisp salad greens.
