  1. ORANGE-PINEAPPLE GELATIN SALAD

  5. I%3 1/2, oz, cherry gelatin, (1 large pkg.)
  6. I%1, 8-oz can, bing cherries
  7. I%8, oz, cream cheese, 8-oz pkg.
  8. I%3 1/2, oz, orange gelatin, (1 large pkg.)
  9. I%15, oz, pineapple, crushed - (a 15 oz. can) - reserve the juice.
  10. I%1/2, cup, pecans, chopped

  13. R%  In a 9 x 12 inch glass dish, prepare cherry gelatin as
  14. R%directed, adding the bing cherries.  Allow to set.

  16. R%  Combine cream cheese with enough pineapple juice to make a
  17. R%spreadable consistency.  Spread cream cheese mixture on top of
  18. R%cherry gelatin layer.

  20. R%  Preare orange gelatin, adding crushed pineapple and pecans.
  21. R%When this is partially set, sppon on top of cream cheese layer.
