BACON AND CHEESE ROLLS

I%1/2, lb, bacon
I%20, oz, white bread, (1 slice equals 1 oz) - very fresh!
I%1/2, cup, margarine
I%1/2, cup, parmesan cheese
I%4, T., parsley, minced
I%2, tsp, paprika

R%Cook bacon until very crisp. Drain and crumble it into bits.

R%Butter bread on both sides and remove the crusts.

R%Sprinkle the bacon down the middle of the bread.

R%Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and parsley on top of the bacon.

R%Sprinkle the paprika on last.

R%Roll each slice up tightly and secure with a toothpick. (The
R%bread must be fresh or it will tear easily).

R%Broil in oven until lightly browned. Approximately 5 - 10
R%minutes.
