  101.      SVGA is SHAREWARE, user supported software for the IBM PC.  SVGA is
  102.      made available for a free 30 day trial period.  If you find this
  103.      program useful, you may license your copy of the program for use on

  112.      not be changed or modified in any way except by the author.  SVGA is
  113.      SHAREWARE, and may be freely distributed, as long as it remains in its
  114.      complete form with all support and documentation files.  It may be
  115.      used for a 30 day free trial period.  Regardless of how the copy is
  116.      obtained, it is requested that all users comply with the following
  117.      licensing and registration provisions if they continue to use it after
  118.      the 30 day trial period:

  120.      You may license multiple copies of SVGA with discounts as follows:

  135.           Receive free updates by sending me a diskette and a self

  141.      documentation files.

  143.      Registered users may install SVGA on more than one machine, provided
  144.      they are the only user on each machine.  The registration and license
  145.      policy is similar to a book, which can be taken with you but used only

  173.   Shareware Distributor License Agreement
  174.      Shareware distributors may distribute this program as long as the
  175.      Author has been notified prior to ANY distribution.  The "per disk"
  176.      charge may not exceed $10 and the shareware distributor will not
  177.      change the above license agreement for the end user of SVGA.  End
  178.      users are still required to register each shareware copy of SVGA.
