Transcription: It happened just after 9 a.m. at a federal government office building in Oklahoma City. What federal authorities call a car bomb with about 1,000 pounds of explosive ripped off the front of a nine-story structure. Word that authorities had found a second device created panic among many people near the building. It did not explode. The one that did hurt hundreds of people outside the Murrah Federal Building, many of them cut by glass fragments from that building and others nearby.
