  69.   If you received the files of this program compressed (with a .ZIP,
  70.   .ARJ, or similar extension), get someone to help you decompress them
  71.   if you don't know how to do it. File compression is the normal way to
  72.   prepare files for transmission. It has nothing particular to do with
  73.   the Spanish Helper programs.
