  12.         associated  with  the  bank cheque  are  exorbitant. If so, it may
  13.         be cheaper to send cash using a registered letter.

  71.           any future versions of Magnetic Pages.

  73.       b. The author, Mark Gladding, will try to make a good faith attempt
  74.          at correcting any problems if any are discovered, but is in no way
  75.          required, nor bound to correct them.

  77.       c. The author, Mark Gladding, neither assumes or accepts any
  78.          responsibility for the use or misuse of this program.  He also
  79.          will not be held liable for damages or any compensation beyond
  80.          the original registration fee due to loss of profit or any other
  81.          damages arising out of the use, or inability to use this program.
