The upper left area is the calender and has 2 sets of hands on the upper portion. The hands on the left move the calender back an forth between months. The hands on the right move the calender back and forth between years. Clicking on the individual dates in the calender will load the appropriate Appointments for that particular date. There are futher help files built into the calendar in the bottom right hand squares. The Appointments window can easily be accessed by clicking your pointer within it to begin your appointments.
