  1.    Here are six pages of flags of Europe. These flags are up-to-date
  2. and current as of 31 Aug 1991.
  3.    (While changes are rapidly occuring within the Soviet Union, lack of
  4. an outcome has made this not possible to include. I would suggest you
  5. consult my directory of USSR-NATIONALITIES flags.)
  6.    Each flag is drawn in correct proportion as designated by the user
  7. country. In each case, if the government flag is different from the
  8. general usage flag, the government version is shown. In most cases,
  9. the general usage flag is the same absent the arms.
