This verison of BADGER will automatically add and maintain a list of 21
reoccurring events. These events include holidays and things to do.
Some examples are Christmas, Memorial Day, Income Tax and Daylight Savings
Time. The neat thing is when you tell BADGER to move one of these events
to the next year, BADGER puts it on the correct day in the next year. For
example, Daylight Savings Time ends on the last Sunday in October of each
year. When BADGER moves this event to the next year, it re-calculates the
correct day and puts it on the last Sunday of the following year.
CONTENTS: BADGER is reminder program for your startup-sequence. Each time
you boot, BADGER will check your event list, if an event is 'due', BADGER
opens a window to 'badger' you into action. If nothing is 'due', you're
not bothered. BADGER is fully menu driven and easy to use. New features
include event editing and automatic holiday notification.
As with earlier verisons, BADGER is 'usage' protected. The copy that you
include must be an 'unexecuted' copy. You can check this by executing
'BADGER -check'. You can reset a shareware version of BADGER by executing
'BADGER reset'. This is fully documented in the BADGER.DOC file.
Sincerely,
George Kerber
