- Stuffed_Mushrooms

- 1 lb. Fresh Whole Mushrooms
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- Garlic powder to taste
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

- Chop stems from mushrooms.
- Saute caps in butter until slightly
- tender. Put caps in baking dish,
- sprinkle with garlic. Fry chopped stems
- in butter, onion, green pepper, salt,
- pepper and bread crumbs. Add butter
- or water if mixture is dry. Cook until
- tender. Stuff caps with stem mixture.
- Preheat oven to 375. Bake stuffed caps
- until hot and tender, 15-20 minutes.
