  4. 2 Tbls. butter
  5. 16 oz. cheddar cheese
  6. 1 med. tomato peeled and chopped

  8. Remove  stems and membranes 
  9. from peppers. Chop peppers. Heat
  10. butter over low heat until melted.
  11. Add cheese, cook and stir until
  12. melted. Stir in pepper and tomatoes
